This is the largest and most ornate tribe of the My People nation.  This tribe contains Chiefs, Princesses and "Shape Shifters".

These are characters from folklore or wearing traditional dress of a particular North American tribe or a character out of folklore.

​

Whether wearing traditional dress, maid,  warrior or character these little people are endearing.

​

Tall and slender, they also represent folklore characters or document tribal dress in a slender, elegant appearance.

​

These are popular as a form of therapy; tell a tribal member your problems, set them where they are safe and go about your day care free.

​

As a tradition among First Peoples, these are placed in or tied to baby's cradle to bring special blessings.  Characters are limited to the protective entities.

​

Popular at Christmas, any and all characters are available to adorn your tree or mantle and make unique gifts.

These Grandmother (pillow) dolls are a Sioux tradition that I have extended to all tribes.  Grandmother cannot see bad deeds, hear bad words or tell a child's secrets; Grandmother, their best friend.  Non toxic and washable.

After producing a full set a couple years ago, I am working on individuals and  hope to have a few finished in the near future; documented from auction and museum records.

​

These dolls are a generic  tribe, born of my supply closet and wood that is too hard to carve by hand.
